It’s hard to believe it has already been a couple of years that I have been blogging. I decided to update this post, while staying true to this simple recipe. This was actually the first dessert I ever blogged about. It’s pretty incredible to see how much I have learned about cooking low carb since then. I guess practice does make perfect!
2 oz of softened cream cheese
one packet of trivia.
In a blender mix all the ingredients together and cook crepes in a hot non-stick griddle. This recipe can be doubled easily. I filled my crepe with whipped cream and warm syrup made from heating up 3 tablespoons of sugar free jam and 1 tablespoon of water. But honestly you can really go to town making it your own. In fact, you can even make it a savory crepe.
