Do you eat it? After all, it’s just one bit, on one day, during one week of the plan that’s going to change you for the rest of your life.

The answer is… well, more questions. Are you new to the Atkins plan? If so, it’s probably NOT a good idea. One small cheat can create a craving for additional cheats and so why give in to the temptation and derail your plan before you have really even gotten started.
