Low Carb LCHF Cajun Meat Balls with Blue Cheese Sauce

Recipe

Pre-Heat oven to 350

1 pkg. 1lb ground beef or other ground meat.

1 egg

1/2 tsp. Or to taste of Cajun Spice ( I used slap your mama a little gem I picked up in New Orleans)

1/2 tsp. Of each powder onion, garlic

1 tsp. Of salt.

1 tsp. Of almond flour or coconut flour

1/4 c parmesan cheese (to roll the meatballs in)

Parchment paper.

Blue Cheese sauce

1 oz. of Blue Cheese

1 cup of Creama ( or sour cream thinned with 1 tbl. Of half and half)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Blue cheese sauce: Mix the 2 0z of blue cheese and 1 cup of creama (or thinned out sour cream) add the salt and pepper.

Directions

Mix all the ingredients well making sure to incorporate the egg well into the mixture. Form small little meatballs then roll them in the parmesan cheese.  Bake in a pre-heated oven until fully cooked and browned. About 20 to 25 minutes depending on your oven.

Serve with blue cheese sauce and enjoy!
