Ingredients

  • 1 serving of Keto//OS MAX Swiss Cacao (purchase at fittoservegroup.pruvitnow.com )
  • 1 ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons of organic butter
  • 2 teaspoons of Swerve (or other, favorite sugar-substitute)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cayenne powder
  • dash of black ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan melt the coconut oil and butter.
  2. Stir in the serving of MAX Swiss Cacao.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, spices and sugar substitute combine well and cook on low heat until fully incorporated.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before pouring into your favorite silicone mold or ice cube tray.
  5. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes or until the fat bombs are solid.
  6. Store your fat bombs in the freezer in a small container or zip lock bag.
