Hi I’m Hilda Solares and I’m blessed with a full life! I have the privilege to wear multiple hats. At any given moment I am either busy being a mom, a wife, a community group pastor, life coach, and blogger. Whew, that’s a plateful! While I gladly embrace and enjoy every role,  I have learned not to allow my responsibilities to weigh me down, or to put my health in jeopardy like I did in the past.

As a survivor of the Guillan Barre Syndrome, fibromyalgia, and chronic sciatica, today I live my life very intentionally. I’ve learned the value of taking care of my spirit, mind and body from a Christian perspective and I share my insights with our FITTOSERVE Group community birthed out of our journey to wellness.  FITTOSERVE endorses a low carb, ketogenic plan of eating because it was one of the main tools God used to help us transform our health.

It’s been a true honor for Randy and I to offer this free support group to our community. We meet at Word of Faith Global the second Thursday of every month, and share what we’ve learned. It’s our joy  to assist others in making the necessary changes to achieve their health goals. This blog and community group is our way of giving back to the community and offering the information we yearned for when we were both struggling with our health. Looking for a local free support group? We invite you to join us!

Randy’s transformation

Without a doubt Randy’s transformation has been nothing short of a miracle. He was able to lose over 80 pounds naturally and no longer suffers from type 2 diabetes, hypertension and fatty liver disease. What’s more he is off the nine different medications he used to manage these chronic diseases. Randy accomplished this by applying the principles of the word of God and eating a low carb keto diet. The combination of these two factors finally set him free from the weight issues he struggled with most of his life.

I can’t tell you how much joy it brings me to know that I no longer have to worry about our health. For so long we were concerned that we would either be a burden to our children or leave them prematurely.

Randy’s before and after picture

As community group pastors we are commited not only to the spiritual aspect of individuals but with their mental and physical health too. Sadly, so many including the church are not healthy. For too long the body of Christ has ignored the responsibility of taking care of their bodies, the very place that God inhabits. It’s time the church rises up and takes what rightfully belongs to her, divine health.

Why are so many suffering from poor health? Mostly, because like us we couldn’t grasp a solution that worked. With so many conflicting voices in the health community it can be difficult to listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us. Get rid of the processed junk, eat  cleanly and close to eat how God intended. My people perish for lack of knowledge Hosea 4:6

We are passionate about the importance of being whole in spirit, mind and body,  because we learned firsthand the devastating consequences that come when we live in a chronic state of illness. The long-term affects it can have on our loved ones is not something to ignore. For this and so many other reasons, Randy and I endeavor to bring clarity to the issue of wellness using our personal stories of transformation to inspire others to live their very best life.

Thanks so much for stopping by NIKWN4me and giving me a follow. All of us in the body of Christ are either on the sidelines or are running the race which is set before us. Along the way, many of us are also in a physical race as I am, saving my life one step at a time. I’m glad to meet others as well.

My hope is that every believer experience NIKWN (victory) in Christ Jesus.

Hi Karen, I feel the same way. It so important that the body of Christ be whole. If we put only the emphasis on our spiritual health we will not be able to accomplish the work of the Lord that only we can do. Thanks for stopping by and encouraging 💞💐
