Keto pies, you read that right! Just because you’re on a low-carb diet doesn’t mean you can’t have pies!
This collection of keto pie recipes has something for everyone.
No matter if you prefer rich chocolate or fresh citrus desserts, you are sure to find a low-carb pie that satisfies your cravings while also helping you stay on track and in ketosis!
All of my pie recipes are low in carbs, sugar-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and diabetic-friendly. That’s what makes any of these a perfect, guilt-free treat for anyone, not just those doing keto.
The keto pies and galettes are made with either almond or coconut flour and use sugar alternatives such as monk fruit and erythritol so that they have zero glucose impact.
So you can stop craving sweets while doing a low-carb diet and start eating them again!
Plus there are also many savory keto pies in this collection for you to enjoy!
Keto Pies
When it comes to low-carb baking and pies, especially, I’ve learned a thing or two.
The foundation for making delicious keto options is learning everything you need to bake with alternative ingredients properly.
That’s why I created my Keto Baking Tips post to help you be as successful as possible when baking delicious keto treats!
When I first began, I thought a keto pie might be out of the question, but boy, was this girl wrong! I’ve even created keto “apple” pie, keto pumpkin pie, and even no-bake pies!
I should mention I have also included cobblers, crisps, and crumbles (oh my!) in this keto pie collection, as I feel they all belong to the same family as pie.
There is a debate online as to whether cobblers and such are considered pies, but I think they belong in the same grouping. After all, a cobbler is just a “rough” less pretty pie with a top and sometimes bottom crust.
If you ask me, cheesecake feels more like a pie, too, but the internet seems definitive that they are cakes, so we won’t go that far!
Keto Pie Crust
The key to any pie, especially low-carb pie, is the crust. It can be tricky to nail the crust when baking with alternative ingredients, but there is no need to worry.
I’ve made many different keto pie crusts for various pies to satisfy any craving. In this collection, you’ll find a range of simple press-in crusts, no-bake crusts, and even flaky crusts.
I’ve perfected as many pie crusts as necessary to appease my sweet tooth, and I’m confident you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Sweeteners Work With The Sweet Keto Pies, Tarts, And Cobblers
You’ll also need a good sweetener. The sweetener you use will depend on your preference and will make a difference in your final result.
I’m personally a big fan of monk fruit such as Lakanto, and erythritol blends like Swerve.
You can also use the stevia and erythritol-based brand Pyure.
The aftertaste of stevia doesn’t play well with my tastebuds, but many don’t mind and prefer it. But if using Pyure, you will want to use only half of the amount called for in a recipe since it is doubly sweet.
