Typically, Hispanic cuisine is very high in carbs and fat. But on a low-carb keto diet, you can’t have both. Thankfully, once you remove the high carbs from this cuisine, you are still left with loads of flavor without feeling deprived.

By making strategic swaps, I was able to still create Latin keto recipes such as our Cuban picadillo, Mexican enchiladas, lechón, Cuban flan, and so many more.

Thankfully, with a few modifications and a little creativity, you can indulge in Latin flavor-rich foods that are healthy and Latin approved!
