How To Make A Mixed Berry Keto Cheesecake Fluff
As mentioned, this recipe comes together in 10 minutes or less.
You’ll need to bring the cream cheese to room temperature prior to starting and ensure the heavy cream is cold.
Then, using an electric mixer, combine the softened cream and the sugar-free confectioner’s sugar substitute and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whip until well combined.
Next, add the heavy cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat until light and fluffy. Next, add the vanilla extract and berries and combine well.
Once the berries are fully incorporated into the cheesecake mixture, I recommend you refrigerate it so that it sets well.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days in an airtight container.
Best Sugar Substitutes For This Recipe
Choosing the suitable sweetener for your sugar-free mixed berry cheesecake fluff is essential. Thankfully, you have a few options.
Personally, I really like using a powdered sugar substitute with Lakanto Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute Monk Fruit, and it’s my favorite.
I went with a powdered sweetener because it blends easily with no gritty texture. Plus, there is barely any aftertaste.
I’m also partial to Swerve‘s confectioner’s sugar sub. However, it does have a slightly cooling aftertaste. This can be an issue for some people. In the case of cheesecake, that may not be a problem because it’s a cold dessert.
If you instead use a granulated sweetener, you will have to double the amount of sweetener called for in the recipe, and you will need to ensure the sweetener dissolves well when mixing so that the texture of the fluff isn’t gritty.
That will be the case if you use Lakanto granulated sweetener, Swerve granulated sweetener, or even Splenda.

Join Our Jesus And Keto Movement
Our family came to the keto diet looking at it from a Christian perspective. As believers, we live our entire lives supported by God’s grace.
So when the Holy Spirit led us to combine our Christian faith and the keto diet, we did so in hopes of finding lasting transformation.
To say we needed God’s intervention is to put it mildly. When we followed the Holy Spirit’s prompting, we got on the path to real transformation.
Knowing firsthand the benefits of this decision, we have created a closed Christian group that is using the keto diet to transform their lives.
I love how supportive and encouraging this group of believers is. It’s exciting to see how people are transforming their lives by combining this lifestyle with the Christian faith.
