- Shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
- Full-fat cream cheese, softened
- Finely grated parmesan cheese

How To Make The Best Keto Sausage Balls
Making gluten-free sausage balls is actually quite easy. You’ll start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees. Then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook on the stovetop the breakfast sausage until cooked but not browned. Drain the fat.
Then in a large bowl using an electric mixer or stand-up mixer combine all the ingredients including the cooled sausage. Mix until well incorporated.

Using a small cookie scoop, roll the sausage ball dough into small balls. Then, place them on the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake the sausage balls for about 17-22 minutes or until golden brown. You can serve the keto sausage balls hot or at room temperature.
Be sure to store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or a freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of breakfast sausage mild or hot cooked , cooled
- 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces of full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
