This taco salad is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal or for entertaining since the whole thing takes only 20 minutes to prepare.
Over medium-high heat, in a large skillet cook, the bell peppers and onions with the two tablespoons of cooking oil until translucent then set them aside.
Turn the stove to high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Then sprinkle all the dry seasonings and cook the meat until brown being sure to break it into pieces with a spatula until cooked.
Stir in the cooked bell peppers and onions to the cooked ground beef and set it aside.
Proceed to make the creamy salsa dressing.
