How To Make Fat Bombs With Cream Cheese
Cream cheese fat bombs are easy, no-bake, and only take a few minutes to make! They also require just a few ingredients.
Now, if you’re worried about blueberries being available in-store or in season, don’t worry. These can be made with fresh or frozen blueberries.
Frozen blueberries will work just as well as fresh ones. I’ve also included instructions for both to make it easier for you. So you can enjoy your blueberry cheesecake fat bombs all year!
These easy fat bombs are made so quickly that you’ll be shocked!
It’s just a matter of beating the room-temperature cream cheese and butter until fluffy and then adding in your sweetener, vanilla extract, coconut oil, a little lime juice, and blueberry puree. That’s it!

Once it’s all combined, you’ll add your mixture to a piping bag (or use the old “sandwich bag with the tip snipped off” trick) and pipe into a 1” cavity mold, pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes, and enjoy!
If you don’t have a mold, refrigerate your fat bomb mixture for about 20 minutes until it firms up, and then scoop it onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet using a small cookie scoop.
Then, just place the fat bombs in the freezer to solidify. I recommend you store your fat bombs in an airtight container in your freezer, as they will soften at room temperature.
These cream cheese fat bombs are so fast and easy to make that you can make several flavors simultaneously!
I often do this to save time, so I have a freezer full of different flavors ready to go whenever I need a treat.
Why Eat Fat Bombs?
You might be wondering why you should even consider adding fat bombs to your diet. Well, if you’re already following a low-carb keto diet, you probably already understand that your main source of energy should come from fat.
But if you are new to this lifestyle, adding fat to your diet, especially in the form of fat bombs, may seem odd.
In a keto diet, the main goal is to reduce your carbs drastically and increase your healthy fat intake so that you can enter ketosis and burn fat for fuel.
A true ketogenic diet’s macros are close to 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% carbs. Many people choose to track every macro, and others simply let their hunger guide them.
I recommend you test what macros work best for you and see how your body reacts because every person is different.
By adding more healthy fats to your diet, you can keep your appetite and cravings in check, have more energy, keep sugar cravings to a minimum, and much more!
This is why keto fat bombs could be your answer to how to stop craving sugar. Fat bombs provide healthy fats to satisfy your sweet tooth without carbs and sugar!
Don’t Mix High-Fat Foods With High Carbs
If you want to start adding fat bombs to your diet, it is important that you also reduce your carbohydrate intake. I cannot stress this enough.
Adding extra fat, such as keto fat bombs, to a traditional diet high in carbs can be very bad.
Why? High fat and high carbs should never coexist. It’s a recipe for disaster. This is why junk food is so detrimental to our health.
You see, it’s the carbs that make your body store the fat. Dietary fat alone is not a bad guy. When carbs and fat are combined, you will not gain the benefits of burning fat for fuel.
Instead, you will find yourself packing on some extra, unwanted pounds.
Would you like to save this?
So do yourself a favor and be sure you are following a keto, low-carb diet before thinking of adding fat bombs to your diet.

Best Sugar-Substitutes For Blueberry Cream Cheese Fat Bombs
You can use several sugar substitutes when making these keto cheesecake fat bombs. If you’re looking for a sweetener that reminds you of real sugar, I’d recommend you try Lakanto Monk Fruit.
The texture of this all-natural sweetener is spot on, plus it barely has an aftertaste. I’m also partial to Swerve, which is an erythritol blend.
You could also use the stevia and erythritol-based brand Pyure here with good results. However, stevia is doubly sweet, so you will have to use half the amount called for in the recipe.
Lastly, if you can’t easily find a more natural sugar substitute, you can also use Splenda with great success.
I just don’t recommend any liquid sweeteners because I find they tend to crystallize when frozen.
